Account Management
2.1 Password and Security

2.2 Updating Your Information
If any of your personal details change (such as your mobile number or email address), please update your profile as soon as possible. tkbeat will not be responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information.
2.3 Account Inactivity

Deposits and Withdrawals

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount across all methods is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is finalized.
Third-Party Transactions Prohibited: Depositing or withdrawing using a mobile banking account registered in someone else's name is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is deemed suspicious, the account will be subject to investigation.
3.4 Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.
Bonuses and Promotions

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 10 times the total bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
4.3 VIP Program
tkbeat's VIP program has 4 tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%

- Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
- Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

4.4 Reasons for Bonus Cancellation
A bonus may be forfeited in the following situations:
- Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts
- Registering with false or misleading information

- Violating the terms of a promotion
4.5 Expiry of Promotional Offers
All bonuses and promotional offers have a set expiry date. Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled after they expire. tkbeat reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
